Ifix Firmware offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, which means we do not issue refunds once an order is complete and the product is delivered.

As a customer, you must understand this policy before making any purchases on our site. We provide all our file listings without registration, so you can view them and know exactly what you need before placing an order.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise regarding the character of the files we supply. Therefore, we do honour refund requests for the following reasons:

You have not downloaded any part of the purchased item: If you have not used your package, or our system shows 0% usage, you can request a cancellation and refund. Similarly, you can also request a refund if you purchased a file and have not yet downloaded it.
Download and unzipping issues: If you encounter problems downloading or unzipping the product, we will check the files you downloaded. If we discover the files are corrupted, we will issue a refund and cancel the service from your account.
Product not-as-described: If you believe the product you purchased is not as described on our website, you should report the issue to us within 7 days of the purchase. You must provide clear evidence to support your claim.
Please note that we are not responsible for any refund/return requests due to incompatibility of our products with third-party software or devices, except for those specified as compatible on the preview page of each product. We cannot guarantee that our products are fully compatible with third-party programs, and we do not support third-party applications.
