At Ifix Firmware we offer non-tangible and irrevocable goods. As a result, we do not issue refunds once an order is complete and the product is delivered. You are responsible as a customer to understand this before purchasing from our website. All our file listings are available for viewing without registration, and you should know what you need before placing an order.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur concerning the files we supply. Therefore, we will honour refund requests for the following reasons:

You have not downloaded any part of the purchased item: If you have not used your package, or our system shows 0% usage, you can request a refund and cancel the service. Similarly, you can request a refund if you purchased a file and have not yet downloaded it.
Download and unzipping issues: If you are experiencing problems downloading or unzipping the product, we will check the files you downloaded. If we determine that the files are corrupted, we will issue a refund and cancel the service from your account.
Product not-as-described: If you believe the product is not as described on our website, you should report the issue to us within 7 days of the purchase. You must provide clear evidence to prove that the product is not as described.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and, therefore, cannot honour any refund/return requests based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software or devices other than those specified as compatible in the product description available on the preview page. We cannot guarantee that our products are fully compatible with third-party programs and do not support third-party applications.
